How to Use the GFS Corporate Hub
The Corporate Hub at gfs-hub.pages.dev is GFS's central operations dashboard. Everything you need is here.
Getting Started
- Open gfs-hub.pages.dev in your browser
- Bookmark it — you'll use it daily
- The sidebar on the left shows all available tabs
- Click any tab to navigate
Key Features
Search (Ctrl+K)
Type Ctrl+K or click the search bar to search across all tabs instantly.
AI Chat (Buddy)
Click the blue circle in the bottom-right corner to ask questions. The AI knows all GFS company info, contacts, and procedures. You need a Claude API key — click your profile in the sidebar footer to set it up.
Company Info
The Company Info tab has every piece of company data you might need — EIN, DUNS, SAM UEI, addresses, contacts. Click any value to copy it.
Quick Reference (Dashboard)
The dashboard shows a Quick Reference card with the most-used info (EIN, DUNS, phone, AR/AP emails). Click to copy. There are also "Copy All Info" and "Copy Payment" buttons for filling out forms quickly.
Updates Feed
Post company announcements, policy changes, and team updates. Use @mentions to tag team members.
Your Profile
Click your name in the bottom-left of the sidebar to:
- Update your display name
- Set your role
- Enter your Claude API key for the AI chat
Your settings are saved in your browser — they're private to you.
